First, I would clearly declare that “the lives and daily lives of the people must be protected no matter what,” and then, on that basis, call on the neighboring country: “let’s not clash with emotions, but confront each other with facts and dialogue.” If borders or sovereignty are violated, we will respond decisively, but to prevent that from happening, we’ll immediately open up summit talks and all diplomatic channels to the fullest—showing calm strength 🙂🔥
