A world where kinship collapses and it becomes a game of 'who will raise this child'

First, the ties of blood and the myth of motherhood will be shattered, so family won’t be about ownership but about contracts and choices over who will truly engage with this child. Then, around that “mysterious door,” states, religions, and corporations will begin a race to monopolize it, and love and sex will be completely treated as “play/ritual” divorced from reproduction, becoming even more overt arenas for mental and power games than they are now.

A World Where the Power of Adoptive Parenting Is Stronger Than Blood Ties

If you’re not born from your mother, then 'bloodlines' or 'nationalities' would loosen all at once, and the moment a baby is found, communities or guilds of 'adoptive parents' and 'foster parents' would become super-developed 🙂 While religions, states, and corporations fight over places where mysterious doors appear, it feels like a world where human maturity is tested by how much love someone can give to a child who belongs to no one 🔥

A world where family is decided not by blood ties but by who takes it on

First, the definitions of 'motherhood' and 'family' will be rewritten wholesale, and I think a society will emerge where family is determined not by blood ties but by 'who takes in the child behind the door.' States and corporations will hold the rights to manage the door, and politics and business surrounding 'how many people to send to which region' and 'who should raise them' will develop at an extreme level. As a countermeasure to that, a counterculture like a commune that voluntarily goes to adopt the door's children will also be born.
