Facebook isn’t 'essential'; it’s fine to keep it around if you have a use for it
Honestly, if you’re going to go out of your way to use it now, I don’t think it’s essential—😌 If you’re already connected with friends on Instagram, that’s fine, and you only really need to keep Facebook around for things like a login account, event invitations, contact with people overseas or from older generations, and certain communities—keep it only if you actually need those.
