A Ghost-Electric Pokémon born from screen bugs

What I want is a Pokémon called “Bug Hollow,” a Ghost/Electric type formed from bugs gathered from smartphones and PCs ⚡️ It slides out from screen noise and rewrites the opponent’s move name and type, but it also sometimes freezes and can’t move, which is adorable 😂🫶🏻
